How to request deletion

Email apps@hueassumptions.org with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Include the email address associated with your Hue Assumptions account and the app you used, such as HueLoops.

What may be deleted

• Account profile information associated with your app login
• Saved playlists, affirmations, sessions, and library data stored in the app backend
• App-related settings connected to your account

What may be retained

Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security, purchase validation, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons. Final retention language should be confirmed in your finalized Privacy Policy.

Processing time

We aim to respond to deletion requests as soon as possible. Replace this placeholder with your finalized legal processing window before production launch.
