Welcome to AuraMix, a professional-grade Subliminal Acoustic Engineering Suite. This guide will walk you through creating, calibrating, and exporting your personalized subliminal audio sessions.

The AuraVision Guide to Subconscious Alignment

With AuraMix, you can record or upload positive affirmations, layer them beneath calming ambient textures, and calibrate the audio levels so the affirmations sit precisely below your conscious hearing threshold—allowing them to speak directly to your subconscious mind.

🎧 Prerequisites Before You Begin

For the best results, please observe the following:

  • Use Headphones: Headphones are strictly required if you use the Binaural Beats feature, as speakers naturally mix the left and right audio channels in the air, canceling out the frequency difference.
  • Find a Quiet Space: If you plan on recording your voice directly through your microphone, choose a quiet room with minimal background noise.

Step 1: Initialize the Audio Engine

When you open AuraMix, you will see an “Engine Offline” indicator at the top right of the screen. This is a standard security precaution enforced by modern web browsers to prevent sites from auto-playing audio.

  • Click the Activate Engine button in the left-hand panel.
  • The badge at the top right will turn green and read “Engine Online.”

Step 2: Input Your Affirmations

You have three convenient ways to load your affirmations into Track 1:

Option A: Speak and Record (Recommended)

  1. Prepare your script of positive, present-tense affirmations (e.g., “I am confident, abundant, and calm”).
  2. Click the red Microphone button under Microphone Capture.
  3. Allow your browser permission to use your microphone if prompted.
  4. Speak your affirmations clearly at a normal speaking volume.
  5. Click the button again to stop recording (there is a maximum limit of $2\text{ minutes}$ ($02:00$)). Your voice track will automatically route into the mixer.

Option B: Upload an Audio File

If you have a pre-recorded affirmation track or a professionally recorded script:

  1. Click the Folder Icon under File Importer.
  2. Choose any standard audio file (e.g., .mp3, .wav, or .m4a) up to a maximum file size of $20\text{ MB}$.

Option C: Text-to-Speech (TTS)

  1. Type your desired affirmation directly into the text bar under Text-To-Speech.
  2. Click Synthesize. The system will play back a synthesized reading of your text and feed it directly into the mixer.

Step 3: Choose and Configure Your Ambient Masker

The background track serves to mask your voice from conscious listening. Choose one of the four sound types in Track 2:

  • Synthesized Rain: Uses procedural filtering to simulate falling rain. You can adjust the Rain Wind/Gush Intensity slider from gentle mist to a thunderous storm.
  • Binaural Beats: Generates two slightly different carrier frequencies in your left and right ears. Your brain naturally reconciles this difference by creating a third, soothing “phantom” beat.
    • Adjust the Base Carrier Frequency slider (e.g., around $200\text{ Hz}$).
    • Adjust the Target Beat State slider or click the presets to target specific brainwave states:
      • Delta ($1.5\text{ Hz}$): For deep, dreamless sleep and physical healing.
      • Theta ($5.0\text{ Hz}$): For deep meditation, light sleep, and high suggestibility.
      • Alpha ($9.5\text{ Hz}$): For relaxed focus, stress reduction, and super-learning.
      • Beta ($14.0\text{ Hz}$): For active thinking, logic, and analytical focus.
  • Pink Noise: A balanced, natural static that mimics the sound of wind or waterfalls, ideal for shielding speech.
  • Deep Brownian Noise: A deeper, lower-frequency rumble (similar to distant thunder or a roaring highway) that provides powerful auditory masking.

Step 4: Calibrate the Subliminal Threshold

This is the most critical step. Your goal is to lower the volume of your vocal track until you can no longer understand the words being spoken, but you can still hear the ambient background track.

  1. Click the master Play button at the bottom of the screen to start the audio stream.
  2. Ensure both the Vocal volume and Ambient volume are turned up. You should hear both the affirmations and your chosen background sound playing.
  3. Gradually pull down the Affirmation Volume slider.
  4. Stop sliding when you can no longer hear the distinct, analytical consonants of your words. You should only hear a faint, rhythmic murmur or whisper beneath the ambient noise.
    • Target Threshold: Your vocal volume readout should ideally read between $-18\text{ dB}$ and $-32\text{ dB}$.
  5. Alternatively, you can use the Quick Calibration Presets in the left panel (such as Deep Sleep or Alpha Focus) to instantly apply scientifically balanced volume mixtures.

Step 5: Record and Export Your Session

Once you have configured your perfect subliminal mix, you can record and download it as an offline audio file so you can listen to it anywhere, even without an internet connection.

  1. Keep the master session playing (the master Play button must be active).
  2. Click the Record Session button under Track 3: Master Control & Exports.
  3. AuraMix will begin capturing the combined audio stream in real-time.
  4. Let the session run for your desired duration.
  5. Click Stop & Save. Your browser will immediately download your mixed audio file as a high-fidelity web media (.webm) file, ready to play on your computer, phone, or tablet!

🧠 The Science Behind Subliminal Audio

How does this actually work?

Binaural Entrainment: When your left ear receives a tone at $200\text{ Hz}$ and your right ear receives a tone at $206\text{ Hz}$, your brain compensates for the $6\text{ Hz}$ discrepancy. It does this by creating a rhythmic “beating” sensation at $6\text{ Hz}$ (a Theta frequency wave). Over several minutes, your native brainwave activity naturally synchronizes (“entrains”) to this $6\text{ Hz}$ state, inducing rapid, deep meditation.

Conscious vs. Subconscious Auditory Masking: Human speech is parsed by the conscious mind when we can identify distinct vocal frequencies and consonants. By dropping the vocal track gain $\approx 15\text{ dB}$ to $30\text{ dB}$ below the ambient noise, your analytical conscious mind stops attempting to decode the meanings of the words. However, your subconscious auditory processing center continues to detect, decode, and absorb the structural language patterns.
