How to Use the Hue Saturation App

Welcome to your new favorite manifestation tool! Affirmation saturation is one of the most powerful ways to reprogram your subconscious mind. Hearing affirmations in your own voice is the ultimate key to bypassing resistance and internalizing your desired state.

We built this app to give you a private, customizable environment to record, loop, and breathe through your assumptions. Here is a quick guide on how to get the most out of your sessions.

Step 1: Create a Playlist

Before you can record, you need a place to organize your affirmations!

  1. Look at the “Your Playlists” section on the top left and click the blue New button.
  2. Give your playlist a theme (e.g., “Morning Confidence,” “Financial Abundance,” or “Specific Person”) and click OK.
  3. You can build as many playlists as you’d like and easily switch between them using the dropdown menu. (Note: You can delete a whole playlist anytime by clicking the red trash can icon next to the New button).

Step 2: Record & Transcribe

It’s time to use the most powerful instrument you have: your own voice.

  1. Click the red Record button. (Your browser will ask for permission to use your microphone. Click “Allow” so the app can hear you!)
  2. Speak your affirmation clearly. Keep it punchy! Recordings are capped at 15 seconds each. Click Stop when done.
  3. Your recording will instantly appear below. If you mess up, just click the red Delete button to try again!
  4. The Magic Step: Under your new recording, type the exact words you just spoke into the text box. The app auto-saves your text. Later, you can choose to have these words displayed on screen while the audio loops!
  5. Repeat this process to stack as many affirmations into your playlist as you want.

Step 3: Set Your Visual Environment

A relaxed mind absorbs assumptions much faster. Let’s set the visual mood in the right-hand column:

  • Visual Theme: Choose from animated abstracts, calming nature scenes, or deep space. Manifestation Tip: Select “Upload Custom Image” to add a picture of your vision board, your specific person, or your dream life to stare at while you loop!
  • Screen Focus Mode: Decide what you want to look at during your session:
    • Visual Breathing Guide: A pulsating circle that guides you through a deeply relaxing nervous-system reset (Inhale for 4s, Hold for 1s, Exhale for 5s, Hold for 2s).
    • Read Affirmation Text: Displays the text you typed out in Step 2, dynamically changing the words on the screen as each new audio track plays.
    • Clean Background: Hides everything so you can just focus on your beautiful background image.

Step 4: Mix Your Audio

What do you want to hear behind your voice?

  • Built-in Sounds: Choose from mathematically generated, infinitely looping frequencies. Select Theta or Delta Binaural Beats for deep subconscious programming (perfect for SATS!), or Ocean Waves for relaxation.
  • Your Own Music: Click the dashed upload box to add your own MP3s (like lo-fi beats or your favorite instrumental). You can select multiple songs to create a playlist. (Click the ‘Clear’ button if you change your mind).
  • Click the Test button to preview your audio, and use the Volume Slider to balance the music so it sits perfectly behind your voice.

Step 5: Fine-Tune & Start Saturating!

In the Preferences panel, you can customize exactly how your loop plays:

  • Voice Speed: Want to absorb them quickly? Or prefer a slow, hypnotic drawl? Adjust the playback speed of your voice from 0.5x up to 2.0x.
  • Pause Between Loops: Control how much silence you want between each affirmation (from 0 to 10 seconds) to give yourself time to feel the reality of the statement.

Once your playlist is ready and your mood is set, hit the big blue Start Session button!

  • The app will transition into a clean, immersive fullscreen mode.
  • Let your assumptions wash over you. The app will keep track of your time and how many repetitions you’ve completed. When you are finished, click End Session.

Pro-Tip: Resume Past Sessions

Under the Session History tab on the main dashboard, you will see a log of your previous saturations. If you want to jump right back into a specific playlist and continue your repetition and time count exactly where you left off, just click the small Play icon next to a past session!

Troubleshooting: If you can’t record, make sure you aren’t on “Mute” and double-check your browser settings (usually a little ‘aA’ or lock icon next to the website URL at the top of your screen) to ensure microphone permissions are set to “Allow.”
